HB-B303低压耐硫变换催化剂 Sulfur-tolerant Shift Catalyst

HB-B303耐硫变换催化剂,以钴、钼为活性组分,γ-氧化铝为载体,适用于由渣油或煤为原料制取氨合成气、羰基合成气、氢气或城市煤气的各类变换工艺。本产品具有如下特点:活性高,易硫化,低变入口160℃已有较好的变换活性;强度和稳定性好,不易粉化;使用温度宽,正常操作温度180-350℃,最佳活性温区220-300℃;耐低硫,不易反硫化,低变入口H2S可低至30mg/Nm3;选择性好,无副反应;抗水性能好。

The HB-B303 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst uses cobalt and molybdenum as active components and γ-alumina as the carrier. It is suitable for various shift processes in the production of ammonia synthesis gas, oxo-synthesis gas, hydrogen, or town gas using residue oil or coal as feedstock.

  • Wide Operating Temperature Range: Normal operating temperature is 180–350℃, with an optimal activity window of 220–300℃.

  • Low Sulfur Tolerance: It is resistant to reverse sulfidation, and the H2S concentration at the low-temperature shift inlet can be as low as 30 mg/Nm³.

  • Excellent Selectivity: No side reactions occur during the process.

  • Strong Water Resistance.
