该催化剂主要用于各种合成氨厂以天然气为原料的CO变换工序,也可用于合成甲醇气、城市煤气CO变换场合。
特点:以优质铁为原料,采用硝酸亚铁溶液与铬酐共沉淀生产的铁-铬系催化剂,并添加少量氧化铜及其它助剂,产品以γ-Fe2O3为主,具有活性高、蒸汽消耗低、反应温区宽、不易热衰老、本体含硫低,初次开车可省去放硫时间,还原后强度稳定、不易粉化、使用寿命长等特点。
a、低温活性好:在230℃即有明显的活性,变换炉入口温度在250~300℃即可获得理想的变换率,短期开停车很容易恢复。
b、机械强度高:长期使用中不易碎裂、粉化,抗沸水性能,适用于中高压生产装置。
c、反应温区宽:床层温度从260~500℃之间,在此温度区内任意操作,均不影响催化利的活性寿命,具有良好的温度操作弹性。
d、蒸汽消耗低:由于该催化剂活性高、温区宽、可使蒸汽加入量缩减到最低程度。
This catalyst is primarily used in the CO shift process of various ammonia plants using natural gas as feedstock. It is also suitable for CO shift applications in methanol synthesis gas and town gas production.
Features: Manufactured using high-quality iron as the raw material, this iron-chromium catalyst is produced via the co-precipitation of ferrous nitrate solution and chromium trioxide. With the addition of a small amount of copper oxide and other promoters, the product is mainly composed of γ-Fe2O3. It features high activity, low steam consumption, a wide reaction temperature range, resistance to thermal aging, and low intrinsic sulfur content (eliminating the need for sulfur release time during initial start-up). After reduction, it maintains stable strength, is resistant to pulverization, and offers a long service life.
a. Excellent Low-Temperature Activity: It shows significant activity starting at 230℃. An ideal shift conversion rate can be achieved with a converter inlet temperature of 250–300℃, and it recovers easily after short-term start-ups and shutdowns.
b. High Mechanical Strength: It is resistant to fragmentation and pulverization during long-term use. With excellent resistance to boiling water, it is highly suitable for medium and high-pressure production units.
c. Wide Reaction Temperature Range: The catalyst offers excellent operational flexibility. It can be operated at any temperature within the bed temperature range of 260–500℃ without affecting its catalytic activity or lifespan.
d. Low Steam Consumption: Due to its high activity and wide temperature range, the amount of steam required can be minimized.
