HB-03催化剂不含碱金属助剂，因此起活温度较高且低温活性较弱。但HB-03催化剂由于活性组分含量高、采用了特殊制备方法并含有活性稳定性助剂，因此该催化剂的突出优点是在高压、高空速和高水/气条件下使用时，具有较好的活性和结构稳定性。

HB-B03 is a novel sulfur-tolerant CO shift catalyst featuring a magnesium-aluminum spinel carrier. It is prepared using a specialized method and contains a multi-component composite promoter system. This catalyst is suitable for shift gas and town gas production processes using coal or residue oil as feedstock. It is particularly well-suited for high-to-medium pressure gasification processes that produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, town gas, and oxo-synthesis gas from coal or residue oil.

The HB-B03 catalyst does not contain alkali metal promoters; therefore, it has a relatively higher light-off temperature and weaker low-temperature activity. However, due to its high loading of active components, specialized preparation method, and the inclusion of stability promoters, HB-B03 offers outstanding advantages in terms of activity and structural stability, especially when operated under high pressure, high space velocity, and high steam-to-gas ratio conditions.
