EO系列脱氧催化剂主要用于氢气、合成气、煤气、焦化干气脱氧及惰性气体不配氢脱氧等方面。惰性气体不配氢脱氧可于室温启动,在(3~6)×103 h-1空速条件下使用,残氧量<0.5ppm(最低可达0.01ppm)。合成气、煤气、焦化干气脱氧须在80℃以上、压力>0.1Mpa、(1~5)×104 h-1空速条件下使用,残氧量<1ppm(视使用空速而定)。
EO series deoxygenation catalysts are primarily used for deoxygenation in hydrogen, synthesis gas, coal gas, and coking dry gas, as well as for deoxygenation of inert gases without hydrogen.
For the deoxygenation of inert gases without added hydrogen, the catalyst can be started up at room temperature. It operates at a space velocity of (3–6) × 10³ h⁻¹, achieving a residual oxygen content of < 0.5 ppm (with a minimum down to 0.01 ppm).
For the deoxygenation of synthesis gas, coal gas, and coking dry gas, the operating conditions require a temperature above 80℃, a pressure greater than 0.1 MPa, and a space velocity of (1–5) × 10⁴ h⁻¹. Under these conditions, the residual oxygen content is < 1 ppm (depending on the actual space velocity used).
