DOS-20硫化铂基脱氧剂 Sulfided Pt-based Deoxygenation Catalysts

原料气体中含有的微量氧会使合成反应昂贵的催化剂活性下降,甚至失去活性,例如,在低压羰基合成制备丁辛醇的原料合成气中,微量氧的存在会降低贵金属铑催化剂的活性。使用贵金属Pt或者Pd/Al2O3催化剂,利用H2-O2和CO-O2反应生成水或者二氧化碳可以将微量氧除去。但是Pd催化剂极易因原料气中普遍存在的微量硫而中毒失活;Pt催化剂在高浓度的CO气体中会发生CO歧化反应而积炭,从而降低催化剂的使用寿命和脱氧活性。

DOS-20催化剂采用特殊工艺制备,使得Pt在氧化铝表面呈蛋壳型-高度分散,经过预硫化和活化处理,得到耐硫脱氧催化剂,从而提高原催化剂的使用寿命和脱氧活性。

Trace oxygen present in feed gases can cause a decline in the activity of expensive synthesis catalysts, or even lead to complete deactivation. For instance, in the syngas used for the low-pressure oxo synthesis of butanol and octanol, the presence of trace oxygen reduces the activity of the precious metal rhodium catalyst.

While trace oxygen can be removed by utilizing H2-O2 and CO-O2 reactions to form water or carbon dioxide over precious metal Pt or Pd/Al2O3 catalysts, these traditional catalysts have significant drawbacks. Pd catalysts are extremely susceptible to poisoning and deactivation by the trace sulfur commonly found in feed gases. Meanwhile, Pt catalysts tend to undergo CO disproportionation in high-concentration CO environments, leading to carbon deposition (coking), which shortens the catalyst's lifespan and reduces its deoxygenation activity.

The DOS-20 catalyst is prepared using a specialized process that ensures Pt is highly dispersed in an "egg-shell" distribution on the alumina surface. Following pre-sulfidation and activation treatments, it becomes a sulfur-tolerant deoxygenation catalyst, thereby significantly extending the service life and enhancing the deoxygenation activity of the catalyst.
