HB-202H钴钼系耐硫脱氧催化剂是以碳化法γ-Al2O3为载体,以钼-钴为活性组分,并加入适量促进剂的预硫化催化剂,具有堆比轻、孔容和比表面大、活性组分分布均匀、活性稳定性好等特点,对原料气中的氧有较强的加氢脱除能力,同时对机硫化物和烯烃也有一定的加氢和转化能力。适用于全低变工艺的变换气脱氧、焦炉气中1%氧的脱除、焦化干气(烯烃含量小于6.5%,有机硫含量小于200ppm)的加氢过程、及石油馏分、炼厂气等原料的加氢转化过程,亦适用于气态烃为原料制氢及合成氨、甲醇、SNG工艺气中烯烃及有机硫加氢精制。
HB-202H cobalt-molybdenum sulfur-tolerant deoxygenation catalyst is a pre-sulfided catalyst using carbonization-method γ-Al2O3 as the carrier, Co-Mo as the active components, and an appropriate amount of promoters. It features a low bulk density, large pore volume and specific surface area, uniform distribution of active components, and excellent stability.
This catalyst demonstrates a strong capability for the hydro-removal of oxygen from feed gases, while also possessing certain hydrogenation and conversion abilities for organic sulfur and olefins.
It is suitable for:
Deoxygenation of shift gas in all-low-temperature shift processes.
Removal of 1% oxygen from coke oven gas.
Hydrogenation of coking dry gas (with olefin content < 6.5% and organic sulfur < 200 ppm).
Hydroconversion of petroleum fractions and refinery gases.
Hydrogenation refining of olefins and organic sulfur in hydrogen production, as well as in syngas for ammonia synthesis, methanol synthesis, and SNG processes using gaseous hydrocarbons as feedstock.
